作为与摩尔多瓦经济研究院（ASEM）签署谅解备忘录（MoU）的后续行动，2月1日，浙江（绍兴）外国高端人才创新集聚区Jean-Guy教授及其夫人前往北京访问摩尔多瓦驻华大使Dumitru Braghis。通过此次访问交流活动，加强双方多领域合作关系，寻求共同合作的机会。次日，Jean-Guy教授分别与北京和上海的法国驻华大使馆最高外交科学团队进行交流，期望在相关研究领域建立更加密切和深度的合作。集聚区通过访问中欧双方科学与经济界的主要参与者来巩固和加强发展，为互利合作开辟更加广阔的空间。
February 1，as a follow up of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) already signed with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), Professor Jean-Guy FONTAINE and his wife were hosted by the Ambassador Dumitru Braghis of Moldova in Beijing. During this meeting, they have deepened the relationship between KIP in all sectors of activities in Moldova. The next day Professor Fontaine had an exchange with the highest diplomatic scientific team of the French Embassy in Beijing. He did also the same with representatives in Shanghai, French Consulate. KIP maintains and reinforce his position through visits with major actors in the scientific and economic community in Europe and in China.
