Your task:

You will conduct research in one of the following domains:

Computer Eng./Computer science/Telecommunications tech.

What we are looking for:

  • A candidate that holds a PhD (obtained max. 5 years ago).

  • A candidate that has already conducted academic research in the given discipline with evidence of publications in high-quality academic conferences, journals and peer-reviewed journals.

  • A candidate that has strong skills to transform scientific results into testbed implementations.

  • A candidate that has communication and writing skills (English is mandatory).

  • A candidate that has proven skill to work in an international environment

What do we offer?

  • The successful candidate will be employed under a contract with an attractive compensation package (annual salary from 36000 Euros) commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Extra contribution would be considered for a bonus.

  • The duration of the initial contract is 1 year with the possibility for renewal subject to requirements and satisfactory work performance. The combined duration may not exceed three (3) years.

  • Benefits include 30 days annual leave and a health insurance scheme.

  • The cost of travel of the appointee to the duty station at initial appointment will be covered.

  • Upon final completion of their service, appoint, as well as their return to their home country/point of hire upon final completion of their services.

  • International appointees can apply for rent-free housing (excluding utilities) at JG LAB. Housing benefits are subject to availability and it could not be commutative if not taken.

  • Payment of any taxes will remain under your sole responsibility.
